Évaluations Immobilières Evimag Inc. is a private real estate appraisal firm founded in 1995. Originally known as Évaluation Immobilière Alain Guy Inc. the company was renamed after it merged with two other appraisal firms.

Alain Guy and Marc-André Gagnon, two chartered appraisers passionate about real estate, partnered up in 2016 and renamed the company Évaluations Immobilières Évimag Inc. With over two decades of experience each, Mr. Guy (now retired) and Mr. Gagnon have built a team of dynamic and passionate appraisers.
