Évaluations Immobilières Évimag Inc. is a private real estate appraisal firm founded in 1995. Originally known as Évaluation immobilière Alain Guy Inc., the company was renamed following a merger with two other appraisal firms.

Messrs. Alain Guy and Marc-André Gagnon, two chartered appraisers passionate about real estate, partnered in 2016, and the company was then renamed Évaluations Immobilières Évimag Inc. With over two decades of experience each, Mr. Guy (now retired) and Mr. Gagnon have built a dynamic and passionate team of appraisers.
